This page in my website is strictly being set up to share with you my experience thus far with eating a whole foods plant based diet.  Since July 8, 2017 I have not eaten any meat, chicken, pork, or fish.  And only on a few occasions I have eaten cheese in very smail quanties, otherwise, I have also ruled out all dairy (milk, creamer, butter, eggs, cheese, sour cream, etc.)  If the food came from an animal I do not eat it.  Why?  Because the science is in and eating animal based products and processed food increases our chances for cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and stroke.  

And what's even better, by adopting a whole food plant based diet you may even reverse the effects of cancer, diabetes, and heart disease.

I highly recommend to you to watch the films "Forks Over Knives" and "What The Health" on Netflix.  Both of these documentaries are very enlightening and will aid you in deciding for yourself what you should be eating to maintain optimium health.
